About CBNPG

The Catholic Business Network of Prince George's County (CBN-PG) is an organization of men and women dedicated to supporting Catholic education in Prince George's County and applying the principles of our faith in the marketplace.

We promote valuable networking opportunities among CBN-PG members, as well as additional support within the County for the education of our young men and women.

Jim Palmer

We at CBN-PG remain committed to our work in the area of outreach.  We want to make sure that businesses in the county know who we are, extend a warm hand of hospitality and invitation to them to join us, and make sure that as a networking organization we can continue to support the very businesses who are supporting Catholic education.

At the same time, we want to continue to nurture our relationships with our county schools and parishes.  Together we do make a difference.

Hilary Bruggen

Speaker: Hilary Bruggen Fordwich

Playing golf continues to be one of the most powerful business development tools for gaining and retaining clients or advancing a career.

Business professionals generally fall under one of four categories regarding golf:

  • Those who golf well and leverage golf for business gain—interested in learning more.
  • Those who golf but haven't leveraged the game for business gain—interested in learning how to begin.
  • Those who are new or novice golfers and want to leverage golf for business gain—interested in learning about the possibilities.
  • Those who can't stand golf, don't play and don't intend to—interested in learning enough about the game to be able to converse with current or potential clients and colleagues.
